Tassos Roussos

Tassos Roussos was born in 1950. He studied Electrical Power Engineering and worked in the sector for 35 years. His love for pottery and hand made ceramics pushed him to follow a series of pottery and glazing lessons from ceramist Vassos Demetriou. Soon after he established his own studio workshop from where he is still active, trying out different techniques for the creation of mainly utilitarian pieces. Teapots hold a very prominent position in his portfolio. He only uses his own home prepared glazes.
