It is granted that members who have not settled their monetary obligations towards the Association are not allowed to vote. They have the right to participate in the activities and events of the Association. They have the right to call for an emergency General Meeting with a written application which outlines the topics of discussion, signed by 1/3 of the Regular Members of the Association. Every Member has the right to submit in writing topics of discussion to the Board of Directors or/and at the General Meeting three (3) days before the meeting takes place.
